1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fluent Media ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Block, Inc. or Cash App.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island), age 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries are accepted from the date the campaign launches until the June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are Eastern Time (ET). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the period with notice.

4. How to Enter

Visit the official entry page and complete the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000 USD delivered via Cash App. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 USD. Prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable, and has no cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted by the Sponsor on or about the draw date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days or fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Winner Requirements

Winner may be required to: (a) execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; (b) provide a valid mailing address; (c) comply with all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name and general location for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for: technical failures, interruptions, or errors; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; any injury or damage to persons or property; and any act or default of a third party.

10. Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflicts of law provisions. By entering, participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. General

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairing the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Cash App is a registered trademark of Block, Inc. All rights reserved.
